EY NextWave Global Engagement Platform
Gamified learning experience that engaged 35,000+ employees across 22 regions in EY's strategic transformation initiative.
When EY needed to align 35,000+ global employees with their NextWave strategy, traditional corporate training wasn't going to cut it. I contributed strategic insights and technical validation for an innovative solution: a gamified, immersive learning experience that transformed strategy communication from top-down messaging into collaborative play. The challenge was designing engagement at unprecedented scale while maintaining cultural relevance across diverse global markets.

My role focused on validating the technical feasibility and strategic framework for gamifying corporate learning at global scale. Working with cross-functional teams, I helped develop the behavioral science foundation that made "The NextWave Elevator Challenge" more than just a game—it became a strategic alignment tool. The immersive 360-degree environment, complete with AI personality "Levella," required careful technical validation to ensure seamless deployment across hybrid work environments, multiple time zones, and varying technological capabilities across 22 regions.
The project achieved remarkable engagement metrics: 46% participation rates in early markets and 4/5+ satisfaction scores across all key metrics, proving that strategic innovation in employee engagement can drive measurable business outcomes. My contribution to the technical validation and strategic framework helped ensure the platform could scale from concept to global deployment across 12 languages while maintaining accessibility standards. This work demonstrates how emerging engagement methodologies can transform organizational change management when backed by solid technical foundation and behavioral science principles.
